Change WP default upload folder to a network share

The setup is simple. I have 2 servers with Windows 2008R2 and IIS , WP1 and WP2, that share the same database. WP1 contains the MySql server , IIS server with Wordpress , and a shared folder on drive C:/Uploads, that i can access on the network with it's UNC Path \\WP1\Uploads. WP2 contains IIS and Wordpress, and connects to the MySql server on WP1. There is a small php script on WP2 that uploads to \\WP1\Uploads. I need to make Wordpress Media Upload page save the files in \\WP1\Uploads instead of it's default wp-uploads folder. The machines are part of Active Directory Domain if that helps in any way.
