I'm in need of an expert who can set up a robust notification system for my web application. The notifications should be able to work seamlessly on both mobile phones and desktops, whether the browser window is open or closed. Key Requirements: 1) Push Notification when web Application is open(Desktop/Phone/Pad etc) 2) In Mobile when WebApplication is not open in any browser then it show alert/notification mobile defaults notification bar & and in desktop if notification access allowed yes then also show in desktop whete the WebApplication is open or not in any browser. - Types of Notifications: I require push notifications to be sent across both platforms. Specifically, the push notifications should be as personalized as possible, akin to the notifications that are sent via mobile apps. - Cross-Platform Functionality: The notifications need to work on both mobile phones and desktops. This includes ensuring that they are received regardless of whether the browser window is open or closed. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in setting up push notifications/Alerts across multiple platforms. - Experience in creating personalized, user-specific notifications. - Prior work on web application project notifications. - Understanding of browser functionality to ensure notifications are received even with the browser window closed.
