Please View the attached document to view the specifications. This Project needs to be started as soon as possible and We only have 2 to 3 Months for the project to be ready for testing. This project will probably need a team of master PHP programmers to be able to complete it on time and working correctly. AJAX & javascript is a plus and will be needed for portions of the site. Also keep in mind that this project needs to be load tested for around 50 to 100 concurrent connections to the database at a time.
