convert PostgreSQL to MariaDB SQL bump file whit table and function

i moving form a old server to a new one , so i move also to new database server MariaDB my website (joomla) run sql query to to the database trough function so need to convert the database for make it work on new system and joomla i have a SQL dump form old server in form of a .sql file need new .sql file ready to import into phpadmin i supply the .sql data bump and the .php code that in Joomla talk to the database for testing purpose i really need may setup access to test machine trough anydesk PC on same network as server it may help a bit if coder understand french since comment on data base is in french , but it not critical sine it quite simple function ,noting exotic
