So, as we done it before I'd like to tell that create a new design and convert it into WordPress cheaper than convert from WIX. Regarding a shopping cart, I kindly recommend WooCommerce for WordPress and customize it according to your needs. Final cost I'll provide you after clarifying what should we convert.
