Most of the copying of the theme and features is complete but we also need to add the following features: 1. We want to add an anti spam feature which doesnt let the user submit more than 1 review in a time span, and they are only able to edit or delete their review. We have implemented a very similar feature on another site so you can see what is required. 2. Then we need to add a script which uses cron. Each time the cron is run, it will push the date on the review by 1 month. Again, this has been implemented on another site already so you can see what is required. 3. The thumbing up/ voting system should be functioning. Budget is around $150 but negotiable.
