Creat Web Hosting Environment - CentOS - HAProxy - Nginx - PHP - MySQL - Windows

I am setting up an environment to host a PHP application. This application will be accessible on the Internet. What I need is someone that knows how to set up a few servers for high availability and failover including MySQL clustering. Here is the proposed configuration. 1. Two identical physical servers each with HAProxy running to provide load balancing and failover. Two servers that will use Xenserver or another hypervisor. This is where all the VM's will go. The two server are for redundancy and failover. Each should have a 1 Web Server, 1 Application Server, and 1 DB Server 1 Windows App Server. The web server and application server will be pretty much the same but I want to have a separate instance for the application itself even though it is a web application. The Windows App server will be used for some back end applications that are windows based. The application server will communicate with the Windows App server. 2. Two MySQL servers configured for best performance and clustering. These will be VM's with one each on the two machines. All the servers will communicate to each other on a private network. You will have to configure this as well. HAProxy will also need to be set up to deal with server certificates for some of the sites. You will also need to configure 4 wordpress sites and make sure everything is working correctly with regards to the db connection and SSL certificates. Security will be extremely important as well so any other hardening or firewalls that may be needed will need to be configured. I'm looking for a fixed bid for this project. The budget on the project listed is only a guess. Please bid based on what you reasonably think it will cost. Thanks
