Create login and search forms using PHP/MySQL

Hello, I need a simple mini-website with a login form and a search engine that works by options. The idea is, when I open the website, there is a login form (assuming that there are already users in the database) and, if the login is successful, we go to the main page. The main page should show a table with the data of the excel table 'posts' and 2 dropdown selectors to filter the data by "Categoria", "Zona" or both. This page should also have a logout button. These functionalities MUST work. Bellow there are two excel tables called 'users' and 'posts' with all the data for you to work with. If you have any questions just ask!
