Develop Google Rank Tracking Software

Basically, I need some software developed that does ALMOST exactly what leadjoint(dot)com does. I need backend for a site only I have access to that tracks where websites rank in Google and alerts me when a website drops in rank. When a website drops in ranking, the software then should generate an image file with graphs and charts displaying where the site was ranking and for what keywords. These images of a website's recent rank data will be known as "leads". I want to be able to enter client emails and select what niches they would like. Niches will be assigned to keywords which will then tag onto "leads". So, if a lead is found within the keyword "dentists milwaukee", then that lead's tags would be "dentist"and "milwaukee". I also need an area where I can go through all of the "leads"and check a box stating whether or not they are good or bad. If they are bad, the "lead"gets deleted. If they are good, they will get sent to a client's email EVERY morning. Once a lead is used/delivered to a client, it gets deleted as well. Finally, I need an area where I can enter a client's email address, how many leads they would like delivered per day, and what niches of "leads" they want. Example: Client A wants 4 leads per day which are dentists and doctors in New York and Kansas City delivered to exampleemail(at)example.com. There should also be an prompt where I can manage a client's preferences or cancel his lead delivery service all together. I DO NOT need a payment system set up, just this backend software.
