Build a Bill-Board Web Application using Ruby or Ruby on Rails which will be based on web service (REST API) based architecture. In other words the development will require someone to develop both the REST API and the front end application. The REST APIs must be developed using RUBY / RAILS. I am not sure whether the front end can be build using RUBY but it will be our first preference to build both front-end and API using Ruby / RoR. Besides, it has to be ensured that the application is secure by following all security best practices to ensure it is resilient against various cyber threats. We will provide the security best practices and the developer has to ensure to implement it during coding. Note - if you do not know how to develop REST API in Ruby then please do not bid. We require someone who: [1] is highly experienced in Ruby / Rails [2] have idea on writing secure code [3] should not have problem signing an NDA with us to ensure our intellectual property is protected
