Extract SQL Database calendar data and show in readable format

Urgently needing assistance with a client database. Previously they were working from a calendar, which would show their employee/staff roster. Since then, the website has stopped working. They are now wanting to extract the data and have this shown in either a readable calendar or list format (ideally spreadsheet or PDF). File is attached for your reference. Needing this job completed fairly quickly. We do not have a budget for this job, so only bids within offer will be considered. We are looking for quality, but wanting to see how you perform first. We have lots of jobs available in the pipeline and we will be sending them your way.
