I have a list of assorted wordpress changes possibly including php/css modification, theme modifications, new theme elements, etc.

Hiya, i have come up with a list of things i require done to my site (before launch) that i either can't figure out myself or don't have the time to learn to fix (ie CSS/PHP isn't my thing). Ideally, i will be able to find one user who can do all of this for me at once, however if you are unable to do any of the requests that's fine, i can find someone else. At the moment funds are slightly tight but i understand some of these things can take a while to fix. Here is the list of changes i would like made: Ideally we can stay in touch throughout the changes to discuss. 1. Modify review plugin so that review page has outline of smartphone instead of monitor, also change image aaspect ratio so images shown fit the new dimensions (i want screenshots to look like they are on the phone) for example [login to view URL] The page on my site that has shortcode of this script demonstrating the change i need is here [login to view URL] 2. Currently, my menu plugin Shiftnav Pro is set to takeover the main menu when it reaches 768-pixel width. I'd like this changed to 960(the width of the page at full screen) 3. Disable background from loading on mobile devices (i can see it sometimes when scrolling on my phone) 4. I am using a plugin that defers javascript such as facebook, google so that the page doesnt take ages to load. I have read this can be easily fixed through hard code change (i would like to remove the plugin if it's not necesary) ([login to view URL]) 5. Have the logo in the menu link to home page 6. Implement a BTC live ticker widget very much the same as flytonics btc theme one without getting sued by them ;) (example at [login to view URL] in the middle of the header) 7. fix up main menu navigation bar, align all the buttons, make them same shape, whatever looks best, same with pulldown menus and search field. Fix overlapping text. 8. Reduce font size of news articles on the home page. Maybe 3/5 the size and also fix the margin of the title, which is not aligned to the description and looks a bit weird. ? can you please Also remove the border on the articles. 9. Try to modify background on casino caterogy pages (thus all pages that use this shortcode from review plugin) with brief description text from grey to a green that matches the theme. Look at my plugins, see if theres any you can remove by hard coding changes (perhaps custom CSS plugin etc) 11. Optimise background size, atm it's about 200kb 12. Fix any CSS errors i have to optimise for speed (the site is primarily going to be accessed via mobile so i need all the speed i can get)
