Laravel PHP API

We require a Laravel API to be written. This project encompasses ONLY the API and does not require any GUI design at this point but is part of a larger project and might expand to other aspects of PHP\HTML development later. This job requires the Freelancer to create a brand new Laravel project using the latest version of Laravel and PHP7. The successful Freelancer will have significant experience in PHP\Laravel, building API's, GIT and MySQL Once this job is complete our developers will take over and expand on the project to include some the business logic, the scope of this job is just to develop the first component of the system, we will then take over and continue the work. As the project progresses we will need some additional help with various components and will turn back to the Freelancer for more small tasks, there is an opportunity for the successful freelancer on this job to join us for the full application development cycle. This API is to be used to Create, Replace, Update and Delete(CRUD) database objects. The database schema is fairly straight forward and will be supplied to the successful freelancer. Each table has between 4 and 12 columns and represents a type of an object. There are currently 9 different object types that need to be managed Authentication is also necessary, using Laravel's authentication providers we will authenticate using JSON Web Tokens Error logging to both a local text file and E-Mails to a predefine address All requests and responses will use JSON format All code must be well structured and thoroughly commented in English
