Looking for a reliable coder for multiple projects

Hello Freelancers, I'm searching for a reliable coder that will be able to help me out with several small projects in the coming months. My ideal candidate is an individual who is self motivated and honest. I'm also very open to working with new Freelancers who are looking to complete projects to gain experience. When I find a coder that I like, you can count that I will often come back to you down the line. I worked with a previous Freelancer coder for years, however his schedule is busier this year which is why I'm searching for someone to take his place. For my first project, I'm looking for a simple script that will allow me to automatically change a overwrite website page each day with a newer page previously created and stored in a secondary folder. Here's an example using homepage.php. For this example, I want [login to view URL] to show different content each day. Rather than use a CMS to automate each item on that page, I would rather display a different page each day. I will create a folder and upload pages for each day. In this example. I would create [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and so on for the rest of the month. What I want is for this script to automatically overwrite the existing [login to view URL] each day with the specific page create for it. I'd expect the code would check the date against the server date and then pull the date file corresponding to it. I'd also like a backup option that if the system cannot locate a specific file, it has a "default" page to show as a fail-safe.
