multi vendor e-commerce marketplace

I want to create a multi vendor B2B marketplace for our products. We want major day to day order to be catered locally for business customers hence each business location will be mapped to 2-3 local vendors. No direct billing by vendors. All billing to website and from website consolidated billing to the business [login to view URL] this specific requirement, we will require appropriate controls/ functions. the marketplace should have rest all standard features which are important and are now part of marketplace sites.
