Need Developer to develop online limo booking site + CMS

To start we’ll start with 10 Chinese city sites + a main CMS site for accepting orders and inquiries. (11 sites in total) The sites feed into one main CMS site where customers can either inquire or book online. Text from target sites needs to be saved in document so we can spin the content and optimize the SEO and translate if needed. Images of cars, cities, etc need to be replaced with high res images and file names need to be optimized for SEO. Car offerings are pretty much the same for each city, but, we need to add different options if they list the options. The fees can be calculated from the target site. We can charge 10% less than what they charge. You will be in charge of see how they calculate each service. They have pricelists on many pages. We can copy as well. D)Icons will need to be re-designed. All images need to be replaced with high resolution images. This includes pictures of cars, city view pictures, and other graphics they have. E)I listed above, but, all text from services pages, etc needs to be copied into a word doc and organized by city/service, etc. F) Please confirm which hosting will be best to start - [login to view URL] or digital ocean. We will not be using hostgator or bluehost as they take sites down for taking up too much server space. G)Sites need to have SEO plugin installed H)Homepage quick booking form should look similar and should carry the information over to ordering site when the buttons are clicked (forms on ACS are pre-populated with customers selections). I)Checkout steps needs - our checkout should look exactly like and work like their checkout. There is a checkout step plugin we can buy and install. J)Images should be named so they are SEO friendly. For example, image names should be in format of “City_service name_” “city_car name”. As mentioned above, images should be our own, ite color scheme should be white background, light grey menus and use their red for buttons and highlights. L)We may need several wordpress booking and checkout plugins in addition to the SEO editor, blog. M)Forum needed - we can use a paid or free forum. Please confirm forum look with me before installing. N)Hubspot and mailchimp integration needed for email pop ups for 10% discount and mailing list.
