New Design & Features for Website

The goal of the project is to add new features and change page layout of an existing fully functional website 1) Reactivate email triggers that stopped working after send grid account was hacked. Budget $50 2) Integrate Groupon API based on geolocation (deals within 2 mile radius of user location) and selected interests in User Profile. Site already contains functional geolocation system and user interests. Budget: $150 3) Update User Profile Design and make it so that other sections of the site is only accessible after user profile is complete. Budget $100 4) Create an Event function via post on my area feature Select an event category from a drop down list Input event name, image, location, date and description text Invite/Limit Users for the Event Associate Event with a Tribe/Group Event Attendee List Group Chat for Event Participants Rate Event Feature There is already one to one chat feature in the site Budget $250 5) Create a Tribe via Post on my area feature Select a Tribe Interest Focus, limited to User Profile Interests Enter Tribe Name, Image, Description Invite/Limit Tribe Membership Tribe Member List Tribe Associated Event List Rate Tribe Budget $250 6) Major site design change after new features are created; budget $250 Total Budget $1050.
