Online bidding on software projects

I urgently need a technical person who has programming background to work with me on bidding online on software projects. We are a software development company and recently setup a team to cater to the needs of small and medium businesses. We cater to the US market but now opening up to the idea of working with clients all over the world. I need someone who can work dedicatedly and not on part time basis. You will be required to bid on our behalf on all freelancing sites. I will tell you how much time to spend on which site. Will also provide you all material needed to bid on our behalf. I will try you out for a limited period first and if you meet our requirements, we will extend the relationship and you will continue to work with us if you continue to perform and impress us with your work quality. Since we are US based, we will prefer someone who can work during the New York (Eastern Time zone). In your bid, please tell me what time zone you can comfortably work in. Again, if you are thinking of accepting this job to work on part time basis, please don't bid. I need someone who can work for at least 8 hours a day (normal work hours). You must have good English, excellent written and verbal communication skills, good email etiquette, good presentation skills. You must work in an organized manner and report progress on daily basis. Please bid for 1 week trial period first (40 hours of work). If you are selected, I will explain everything before you begin work. Summary: 1. Programming background 2. I tried marketing persons but they failed miserably because they were good at marketing but did not have technical background and couldn't engage the clients. Then I tried some offshore programmers but they had poor communication. I need a balance of programming and good communication skills.
