PHP library to analysis svg file

We need a php library that analysis svg file. We use this svg file for laser cutting. But we need to calculate cut length, draw length and engrave area in the svg file to price laser cutting service. This php library should have the following properties; 1. Open a svg file 2. Calculate cut length, draw length and engrave area. 2.1 Cut and draw paths and engrave areas defined by colors. (For cut 0x0000FF, for draw 0xFF0000, for engrave 0x000000) 2.2 The library should be mind only this colors. Other elements should be filter. 3. Calculate svg file boundaries. (the leftmost, rightmost, topmost and bottommost polygon on the all of the paths) 4. Create a svg file consist of only cut, draw and engrave elements.
