Php, web and app based services

Project is mainly based on Php, laravel, mongodb, firebaseapis, nodejs, git, redis, and other related technology such as curl, xml/rpc . Project is for 2 months , need dedicated person with over 4 years of expereince. Details of main module Module 1 : Business Profiles our product is opinion gathering platform we gather opinions on interesting topics news and businesses we use polls to get user opinions we are successful to design groups and engage audience to ask for opinions and collect opinions now we want to move platform to b2b and b2c for this we need business profiles module in our platform (web, android, ios) so on web people should be able to search and find business profiles with detail statistics (BI based) list business profiles by category location etc so we will have 3 web interfaces, 1. owner panel 2. Admin Panel 3. user panel Owner should be able to do below actions Create/ edit/ trash business sections dynamically with types [ Product Content Dates Inputs Groups Polls Location Image ] Link Multiple business groups Offers Updates/posts Manage users backend should be written in php laravel rest based apis front end for web should be in reactjs the system should be configurable uploads should be in google storage Admin should be able to send notifications, manage business profiles, manage users and owners all queues should be managed by redis Based on performance of this module remaining modules will be allocated Module 2: Firebase Notification system To communicate with our users we need a solid, super smooth notification sending panel 1. queue based sending(redis) 2. filter users based on below properties location (radius based and city and state-based) user properties age group name income marital status gender etc 3. detail reports and BI analytics after sending 4. scheduled sending 5. device (ios/android) apis/ sdk to register devices 6. should be configurable at db level - configuration - firebase, language 7. should be able to send image based notifications, user-wise notifications 8. any failures should be reported Module 3: BI Analytics We need BI analytics of two types 1. integrated BI analytics with Apache Superset (Python based) 2. Custom analytics using React Plotly and Nodejs Apis All data will be in mysql and logs will be in mongodb need a logging system to pull and push log data into mongodb We have some reports/dashboards like group dashboard with analysis on all poll in group Location wise realtime dashboards Business profile dashboards. We will be adding more dashboards soon in next iterations. The chosen one should be able to assist us during the design phase also.
