Small modification to already built and working radio script

I am looking for someone with knowledge of java, php and regular expression to make a small modification to a shoutcast radio script. The script in question will be sent to you, the modification needed is as follows: Currently the script has 2 ways of getting "artwork" for the songs playing. The first way is that it looks for any images that matches the artist name in the tmp/images/ folder, and if it finds a match it takes this as the image for the artwork. If no match is found, it falls back on Itunes or LastFM API and tries to look for artwork there. The change i wish to make here is a very small one. I need to change so that when the script is looking for artwork stored locally in the tmp/images/ folder the regex must match both artist name and track name instead of the default where the script only matches on the artist name.
