Team Fortress 2 trading website[STEAM API/BOTS]

I’m a huge trader in the Team Fortress 2 community and want to take my trading to a new level. I have thousands of hours of experience in Steam trading, and now I’m looking for talented developer to help me out. I’m looking for a developer that can help me with creating a website related to Team Fortress 2 trading. I have been in contact with other developers already, so I’ve pretty much decided how my website should function. More info will be given if you are interested in helping me. A lot of experience of Steam API is required. My budget solely depends on the size of the project - in my opinion it should not be the hardest thing to do. It's pretty simple. As mentioned earlier, I have a document with functions and layouts and basically all the stuff I want on my website. It will be easier to work with you if you are experienced in Team Fortress 2 trading as well.
