I'm looking for a skilled programmer to develop a simple platform for recording GoToMeeting webinars as an antendee. The first phase of the project will involve the following: 1. Creating a secure portal to log into. 2. Creating an interface to schedule and setup recordings of webinars. In this interface, the user will provide the date/time of the webinar as well as the URL to the webinar. Previously recorded webinars can also be accessed from this interface where they can be downloaded. 3. Develop the software to record GoToMeeting webinars (video and audio) as an attendee and save them as MP4 or other video format. I am flexible on the video format however it should be a standard format that most modern devices can play. Essentially a DVR for webinars. The backend of the video recording can be placed on Amazon AWS or other similar type cloud infrastructure with emphasis on keeping CPU requirements to a minimum. If it can run from a medium grade web server, even better. Please ask any questions as needed to bid on the project.
