Develop a VBA macro that counts the number of words in unique text of a PowerPoint 2010 presentation. However, please ensure that it does not double-count redundant or template wording (e.g., headers, footers, and other repeated text). To ensure that you read this, please let me know what types of redundant text you would take into account.

Redundant text to me means any word which has been repeated more than once. However, I would like to know what exactly are you trying to achieve? Would you be specifically looking for a particular text? Searching for words is not a problem. I already have a code ready with me. Please provide more details. I am an VB / Excel Expert. Hi, if you are happy with the way PowerPoint internally* is counting words, I have created a VBA that is capturing this information. *You can see the number of words in a presentation by going into menu File -> Info. Under Properties you see the number of words. If you are interested let me know. You can also send me a sample file, then I can check. Kind regards Torben
