These should be the input fields for the GUI: Technician Name Ticket Number Requested by Manager Terminate the user in On-Prem AD: 1. Export a list of all the groups the user belonged to. 2. Remove the user from all the groups. 3. Hide the user from the GAL. 4. Add a note to the user's description field with the Ticket Number, the Termination Date and the Technician's Name. 5. Move the user to the Disabled Users OU (look for any OU that contains the word Disabled) 6. AD Sync twice (This can not happen at the same tinme, one must complete before starting the second) 7. Reset the user's password to P@ssw0rd1 8. Disable the user in AD. Terminate the user in O365: 9. Check the user's O365 account is deleted, if yes then restore the account. 10. Wait for the mailbox to reprovision. 11. Remove the user from all the distrobution groups. 12. Convert the user's mailbox to a shared mailbox. 13. Revoke MFA tokens and block all sign-in's. 14. Remove all assigned licenses. 15. Send an email to the Manager that confirms the user's account as been terminated, add this information to the email body, Technician Name, Ticket Number and Requested by 16.
