I can tell you now you will not be able to get a protein through the skin. Proteins have average molecular weights of 40,000 Daltons (Atomic Mass Units) or more, their molecular size is too big to go through the skin. Once you go over a certain molecular size you will not get the molecule through the skin. And if the molecule is too polar or too non-polar it will not go through the skin either. As to getting a protein into the muscles through the skin, even less likely to be done. If you can get it to work somehow and you are in Australia you may have to register the product with the TGA and get an Aust L or Aust R number.
