You are Product Manager at company X, a Saas company enabling organizations to run loyalty programs. You have been given the goal of extending existing Loyalty platform capabilities for Fuel retail organizations. These organizations have business customers along with individual customers. The current loyalty platform does not cater to the business customers. In fuel retail, business customers are taxi and truck companies. Their drivers are organized into fleets. There can few to many fleets depending on the size of the taxi and truck company. E.g. Ola can have 10,000 fleets. Each fleet will have fleet drivers and a fleet owner. Each driver will have a fleet loyalty card and will have a Fleet Id. The loyalty program is such that when a fleet driver swipes the loyalty card while refueling and transacting at a station, fleet owner gets certain reward points. When it comes to redemption of points, it’s upto the taxi and truck company to decide whether only fleet owner can redeem points, or any of the fleet members can redeem points and so on. Fleet loyalty program is different from individual loyalty program, as the end customers get and redeem reward on individual basis. Your task is to create a product requirement document which includes Use cases to identify the product's functional scope User flows and visual depiction of user touch points Elaborate the changes to the existing data model for loyalty program (You can take assumptions about existing data model) Assume this will be useful for businesses in other industries as well such as Wholesale (For kirana stores and restaurants), and Retail (Family program), how will you approach change?
