Web Application - Development

The basic idea of the project is to develop a web-based solution that allows the customers in my own restaurant to view, order and pay different dishes from some categories. On the admin side, the owner, should be able to have a user-interface or access to the database to change or modify the categories, dishes, prices and so on.  To access the restaurant site the customer's smartphone has to be connected to the  restaurant's network(wi-fi). This self-management-system implemented as web application is part of a project which is about evaluating different approaches to mobile self-management-systems in restaurants. The goal of the research and the site (that handles different approaches) is to evaluate and compare different implemented approaches in the end.   The experience for the customers should be uncomplicated, intuitive and efficient.  I uploaded an example of an approach using QR-Codes. Just an idea I thought about, yet  I'm open to other effective approaches.    The code should be well documented and I will need some mockups, screenshots, detailed explanation on app developed like which back end programming used and module details. Deadline for the site itself is 4-7 days but some functions will have to be modified afterwards according to the reasearch writing I'm writing at the same time.
