Deliverables: Conduct stakeholder analysis and create a stakeholder register 1. Select a project from the Catalogue of Catastrophe projects at the following link [login to view URL] Provide background information about the project and organization including environmental factors. 2. Identify and describe the project stakeholders for the project you have selected. Remember that stakeholders are individuals, groups, or organizations who may impact or be impacted by the project. Describe the tools and techniques that can be used to identify the project's stakeholders. 3. Use the classification models to categorize the project stakeholders for the project you have selected. Why is it important to classify and prioritize stakeholders? Who are the key stakeholders? 4. Create a stakeholder register for the project /organization you have selected. Write a 5-6 page paper in the form of an essay. The paper must include an introduction, body and conclusion. Each of the four sub-sections of your analysis should be clearly labeled with headings and sub-headings, and appropriate spacing in between sections. Include a title page and a reference page (these do not count toward the page requirement). Follow APA (current edition) format. Remember to cite your sources.
