Need excellent writers and proofreaders NOW!

Hello Bidders, I would first like to thank you for selecting my project. This project is for two types of bidders: Article Writers -and- Proofreaders/Editors Look below to see the specifications for both: **** Article Writers***** I need article writers that can deliver a research-based article. The articles are expected to be 450-550 words, Including an introduction paragraph and a conclusion. I would prefer writers who are completely fluent in English. If you are a NEW WRITER, this project may not be for you, however, if you prove to have a good standard of writing, requiring VERY little proofreading and editing, then you may be selected to join the team. My budget is no more than 6$ for 5 articles, if you are a great writer. For those who are not as good, I will pay 4-5$ depending on the quality. If you can submit 5 good quality articles daily, then you automatically qualify for the 6$ rate. If you submit less than 5 articles a day, but they are good quality, then you will get the 5$ rate. If you submit 5 articles a day and they are good enough to not have to be returned, then you will also get the 5$ rate. The 4$ rate will be for those who don't write in perfect English and submit less than 5 articles a day. I may favor bidders who can satisfy the criteria at a lower rate. If you are willing to do so, indicate accordingly in a private message. The articles will be TECHNOLOGY based, so I will prefer those who have knowledge on this subject area. The proofreader must be able to submit AT LEAST 5 proofread articles within 24 hours of them being assigned. The articles will only be 500 words. I will pay no more than 2$ for every set of ten. You must proofread the articles, making them 100% correct. You can also edit them to make them better flowing or understandable. I may favor bidders who can satisfy the criteria at a lower rate.
