Cobinhood.com HFT Trade Bot

Hi, I need a High Frequence Trading bot on the feeless exchange cobinhood.com. The bot must be able to identify the trading pair that's trading with the highest volume, and enter/exit positions with a set profit (something like 0.1% profit, since the exchange takes 0% fees) The bot must be ble to make thousands of trades per day and track price very closely! It must track the orderbook very very precisely. Thousands if not tens of thousands of trades could be made per day. It would only take 0-2 seconds for each position to open and close. 0% exchange fees ! Target profit per trades should be adjustable in bot settings.
