## **Project Description:** We are seeking an experienced freelance web and mobile developer to create a comprehensive time tracking system, which includes a web application and native mobile apps for both Apple (iOS) and Android platforms. This system will enable businesses to efficiently record and manage their employees' work hours. ## **Objectives:** 1. **Launch a fully functional landing page** with user authentication including options for account creation, login, and password recovery. 2. **Develop an intuitive dashboard interface** for various user levels (admin, staff, superadmin) accessible via web, iOS, and Android devices. 3. **Implement an approval process for time submissions** where hours submitted by employees must be approved by an administrator before being finalized. ## **Technical Specifications:** - **Frontend:** Responsive design using Bootstrap for the web dashboard and adaptive layouts for iOS and Android apps. - **Backend:** Python (with frameworks such as Flask or Django) to handle server-side logic, API endpoints, and database integration. - **Database:** SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) for storing user data, time entries, projects, and tasks. - **Security:** Implementation of essential security measures including HTTPS, data encryption, and secure authentication processes. - **Mobile Development:** Native apps for both iOS and Android to ensure optimal performance and user experience. ## **Features:** ### General: - **Landing Page and Login:** - Registration for new clients requiring details such as company name, address, language, email, type of business, admin's name, and password. - Password recovery functionality. - Secure login procedures. - **Dashboard:** - A clear initial page post-login featuring graphs and shortcut buttons. - Profile photo with an option to edit profile details. - Menu items: Time Tracking, Projects, Staff Members, Tasks, Notifications. ### Time Tracking: - **Entry Form:** - Selectable fields: Week number, Employee name (dropdown), Project (dropdown), Tasks (dropdown), Description (text field, max 50 characters), Daily hours (Monday to Saturday). - Ability to add new projects, tasks, or staff members via dropdowns, subject to admin approval. - Submitted entries displayed beneath the form and are fully filterable. ### Management: - **Staff Management:** - Admins can add and invite staff members. - Staff members can view their entered data and have options to enter hours and request time off. - Notification settings and profile editing for staff. ### Approval Process: - **Admin Review:** - Hours submitted by employees must be reviewed and approved by an admin before they are finalized. ### Mobile App Specifics: - **Functional Parity with Web:** - The mobile apps will offer all the functionalities available on the web version, tailored for mobile usage. - Employees can enter their hours directly from their phones. - Admins can review and approve time entries via the mobile app. -Admin van export the data aan backup.
