Extract, join, filter and sort data from files

Python is accepted as programming language for this project. I have data from currency exchanging monitor platform that i need to process. All the files is basically CSV that monitoring platform updates. There is a file that contains all exchangers rates: [login to view URL] format: currency_id_a;currency_id_b;exchanger_id;a_to_b_rate;b_to_a_rate;;; And file that contains meta data for converting ids to names: [login to view URL] format: currency_id;currency_name;;;; I need to know what POSITION in rate list (between same pairs of currency_id_a + currency_id_b) does specific exchanger have (ill specify ID in script variables) So, your script need to do: 1. Read data to arrays and combine currency ids with the names 2. Make arrays from the data that contains only records with the same pairs 3. For each pair make arrays for a_to_b_rate and b_to_a_rate 4. Sort those arrays by exchange rate and get the position number of specific exchanger_id 5. Output "position,currency_id_from,currency_id_to" (printing it is just enough) Please be aware: Do not suggest me other software for this. I dont need any sort of GUI or fancy graphics, this script will be trown to task sheduler, so im not awarding for any usability. Im busy most of the time, so please be patient if you have any questions and wait for me to answer. No deadline, but dont ever take this job if you not sure if you capable of doing it, im paying for result.
