Python File Creation based on Templates and CSV input

I need to create files in batch from a CSV input based on a template. Example line from above template: :79:/IUSE/SVSCGBK1 Imagine I have a CSV with any number of columns, and the first row in the first column contains the “test” I would specify in the template: :79:/IUSE/$COLUMN1 The output file would show :79:/IUSE/test Other requirements: • The name of the file output file should also be specified from a column. • The csv file can contain any number of columns. • A different output file for each line of the csv must be created. • A blank line at the end of every file must be present Payment will be released on testing and a milestone will be set up.
