Tue, 15 Dec 2015 14:14:36 +0530 Will be done in Perl. Filename and database can be arguments to the script. ssh_config at both (client and server) hosts will decide if password authentication cam be skipped. files for known_ hosts will be have to copied seprarately.

Been there, done that. A couple hours of work at most, especially with the script provided: it should be very simple to modify it to suit your purpose.
