Traffic Simulation in (SUMO)

Consider a road traffic situation at a simple intersection. There don't need to be many vehicles, one is enough. As these vehicles move, I want to be able to extract their coordinates every second. In the simulation GUI, there are several options for the user to choose from. For example, obstacles such as sinkholes and boxes. If the user clicks on one of these obstacle options, it will create that obstacle in the simulation. A picture of the obstacle will be provided in advance and can be displayed on the simulator. I will use external code to determine if the simulator should detour or change lanes based on the vehicle coordinates and the obstacle coordinates when this obstacle is encountered, and pass on whether to detour or change lanes. We can then take that output and control the vehicle's movement in the simulator to either detour or change lanes. in the simulator >>Here are the requirements for the project - A road network based on simple intersections - One vehicle is sufficient. - The vehicle starts at the end of the road and moves towards the intersection - While the vehicle is traveling, the user can select obstacles via a GUI (obstacle options like sinkholes, boxes, etc.) - Obstacles selected via GUI are displayed on the road - Every second the coordinates of the vehicle's position in the simulator and the position of the obstacle when it is displayed on the road are stored in an external database (excel is also possible) - With this information, my external code will tell the vehicle to go around the obstacle if it is large, or to proceed on the road with the obstacle if it is not large enough, but to change lanes to avoid collisions. My code will send an output to either [go around the obstacle or change lanes to stay on the road]. - This output will be used to control the vehicle's movement in the simulator as well
