A small python project

I am not competent in Python but this is what I wish to achieve. 1. I will have 4 weather stations in several locations. Call them Location 1,2,3,4. Each location has Longitude and Latitude. 2. I wish to see this displayed on Google Maps. 3. Have a dashboard dedicated for real time or refresh every 5 minutes display of data from an instrument like a thermometer, rainfall guage, pressure, humidity, wind speed, wind direction etc. Basically, what I can get from a small automatic weather station continuously. 4. Have another dashboard that is dedicated to historical data from the same instrument and the same locations. Specifics: a) I believe that Dashboard 1 will pull data directly from a URL. Please make a provision for URL, FTP, SFTP or an online date resource. We can test with dummy data which I will provide. b) Dashboard 2 should pull data from a data repository like URL, FTP, SFTP or a local drive. Kindly make a provision for these even where username and password are required. c) Both dashboard to display Mean, Min and Max values of the readings. I wish to be able to select the location and dates for these derived values e.g. StartDate = 01/01/2000 EndDate = 31/12/2000. So the mean should be for Location 1, Jan – Dec; Max value between Jan – Dec. I should also be able to select any of the locations and days e.g. 01/01/2000 – 02/01/2000 ie for one day. d) Purpose of this (for fun) but IF the TEMP is say LESS THAN -1 deg C then I want to get an email and SMS or WhatsApp notification that it will be very cold and I must dress warmly. Possibly put an icon to show some frost or ice and another triangle (if possible a flashing triangle hazard and a BEEP BEEP every 15 minutes) that can change Colour to RED (if possible a flashing hazard like thing and a BEEP BEEP continuously). If the temperature is say 0-5 deg C then the icon should change to ORANGE and also send me an email or SMS or WhatApp to be cautious. If the temperature is say 6 – 29 then the icon can be GREEN to show it is normal. If the temp is 30 – 35 then it becomes ORANGE and send’s me an email of caution. Lastly if the temp is more than 35 then the icon must change to RED and send me a warning that it will be very hot. e) Feel free to share with me your ideas. I am learning Python and want to see how this can be done. f) Lastly, I will be registering a domain where I would like to display these two dashboards. If possible, it should be designed in a way that I can edit and experiment if I wasn’t to add, modify or delete some stuff. Displays a. A feel good dashboard with soft colours but not too decorated. I have some ideas and can show you what I have worked on, what I would like to see and also if you have creative ideas they are welcome. * Very IMPORTANT The data must be stored in SQLite and new data to be appended automatically. If I have different instruments from different manufacturers, then I need to transform the data so that its uniform e.g. if Temp is in deg F it should convert to deg C; all data must start with location name, Longiture, latitude, Date, time, Temp, Humidity etc. I still don't know but can this SQLite be stored online on the domain?? I need your advise on this. So that I can download at a later time when I need to?
