Use Telegram Bot, Create Multiple Accounts, Spam Messages into specific groups

I have a telegram group that requires more traffic and attention from the public. I am looking for someone to post provided content periodically in various telegram groups, it can be done manually or by a bot. This list of groups is also provided.
