Write an automatic item uploader for ebid.net/uk

I have a file that has all info regarding a project. You need to write me a piece of software which will read the file and it's contents and then upload items for sale onto [login to view URL] I have a vps you will be working from at all times on this project. I need a fast test version, this software needs to be able to upload 10k items every 5 hours. I require basic gui where I can select a folder with these files that contain info, a login page and password for the account and the app needs to show basic report such as item uploaded successfully. If this app has been made to all my standards which will be discussed further in private then you will be hired for the big part of the project and to complete that as well. Think of this project as a trial with lesser payment but with a bigger future and much better payment. P.S.
