Condense my Quickbooks file

This should take about 10 minutes, so bid accordingly. I need someone to condense my Quickbooks file. I keep getting the same error message: A data problem prevents Condense from continuing. I have already tried doing data rebuild. The file size is very big 456 MB (after using the same file for 10 years). I suspect that I simply don't have enough resources on my machine.
