Need Expert Help with Web Data scraping and Database

I am a private research consultant based in the united states (u.s.a) I want to build lists of many professions in about 50 countries. I envisage using the usual White Pages and Yellow Pages in each country + a number of other specialist websites in each country. For example, for lawyers in USA, I might use listings of lawyers.com. Information seeked : Full Name Business name Title street address city, state, postal code business phone business fax business email business website home street address, city, state, postcode home phone home fax provate email private blog or website Private cellular number profession And any other public contact detail available on Internet Software should allow me to run scraping jobs in-house and if possible to update only the information if data has already been scraped in the past. Software should export data in CSV format files ready for import into my Web database in CSV Software script should adjust to evade restrictions placed by websites on data scraping (some yellow pages websites for example) I have seen a lot of software but I am not able to use it for lack of technical knowledge to set up a specific script for each website. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I use a hosted Database with many tools provided to build it as I wish. I just need a little help to configure it and set up queries. This is not the main job and can be priced by the hour as an extra. The assistance would be given verbally online using Skype for example.
