Adapt TrueSkill algorithm to Delphi

I need a Delphi/Pascal implementation of the TrueSkill algorithm by Microsoft ([login to view URL]). Source is already available in several languages (I know of implementations in F#, PHP and Python, C, JavaScript) that can be used as a basis for translation, see: - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] Or: - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] This implementation will be used to evaluate soccer teams, using a soccer database (already running), so maybe the code will have to be slightly adapted to work in conjunction with the database (this a not not a requirement if the documentation is good enough) ## Deliverables
