Zoho CRM/Invoice Auotmation

I need the following project done and I need it completed as quick as possible so within 24 hours please. The list of what I need done is below: I currently have a gravity form on my WordPress site. When information is inputted into this form I use zapier to create a lead in zoho crm with all the information. Once this lead is made there is a work flow rule which sends out an email quote. This quote is currently just an email with fields however I would like it to automatically send out an actual quote from the quote module in zoho crm. I believe this is possible using a deluge script in the workflow custom functions section. The estimate needs at this stage to just say estimate here and I can design it how I wish later. The only thing is needs to have on it is an accept, decline or change estimate button. This needs to be done in an attractive way. If they click to accept it I need a workflow created that will automatically convert them to a client, do the invoice and email it out to them. At the same time another workflow needs to be created that will add an appointment into zoho calendar colour coded yellow with the clean and client details. It also at the same time needs to create a work order that is not assigned to anyone or sent out. It just needs to be in draft form and I can assign it and email it at a later time. If they click decline the lead/potential will be updated with decline If they choose change quote they need to be able to redo the quote by being redirected to the quote section on the homepage of the website.
