We have an Adwords campaign whic is not performing very well. We are targeting a difficult market of web design. We need someone who can look at the campaign and amend it with professional knowledge to make it more cost effective. I'm looking for someone who can analyse it, make changes & perfect it over 1 month. The conversion rate is very low so we want to increase it.
