Attack a competitor's Adwords campaign

Pretty forward task, we have a competitor that stole some works from us. In retaliation we want to attack his Adwords campaign and somehow (by clicking obviously) to bring his budget to it's knees. To bring him in the verge of bankruptcy! (I know i exaggerated with the last one) This obviously needs to be done from different IPs. This needs to be done efficient. Please describe how you'll do it and what is your price. cheers.
