100 PR3+ Relevant One Way Links

We are a web design company. We need 100 PR3+ one way links from web related sites to our website. The sites must be directly related to web design or web development. If they are not, we will not count them. Only one link is allowed from any site. Only one link is allowed from any IP address. Links must not expire. All sites must be in good standing with Google and Yahoo. No link farms! An excel spreadsheet must be compiled giving us the location of each of these links and the Page Rank of the site. A list of keyword phrases will be given to you along with the number of times to use each phrase. You will use these phrases as the anchor text. Don't add all 100 in one day. Space it out over at least 5 days. We have many link building projects. If you provide quality work we would consider hiring you for building over 10,000 links for our sites.
