650 PR2+ Themed LOW OBL Links

We are looking for 650 High PR Relevant, Themed Links with Low OBL for our set of websites. Other Important Criteria: I. All links must be anchor text rich. We will give you the anchor text II. Links must come from unique domains, for a particular website. For example, if we have site A and request 25 links for that, all the 20 must come from different unique domains. Another site B, if in the same theme, you can repeat the 25 domains. i.e for a particular site of ours, the domains where you place III. Low OBL (Out Bound Links) - Less than 60 OBL. This is very important criteria. No exceptions here. We use [login to view URL] for checking OBL in bulk and all higher OBL links will be needed to replace IV. Themed Links - We will not accept links from generic/non themed websites. V. Do-follow Direct Backlinks Only. No Redirects, Meta Refresh websites VI. Sites must be NON-BANNED by Google VII. Good English .com, .org or .info Websites - No .ph, .[login to view URL], .in type websites VIII. High in Pr with Minimum of PR2+ of actual page the link is placed on. Not the homepage PR but the actual pagerank IX. Good neighborhood sites - no gambling, adult, or junk sites. X. All comments must be permanent - No exceptions. If we find that links have disappeared after a few months, you will be reported to Freelancer XI. Links must be provided in the report format given by us XII. Work must be completed within 10 days of project acceptance and escrow creation. Not 10 Working Days, 10 Calendar days. For every day of delay thereafter, we would deduct 15% from the overall payment per day. XIII. We want a flat rate for the links, and no separate pricing for different PR links If you have read and agree to all the criteria, start your bid with the term 'Superlinks Master'. Other generic bidders will be ignored and reported. There is a scope of repeated projects from our end, so make sure you put your best offers here. Look forward to receiving the bids.
