I'm looking for an IT assistant with intermediate level experience in SharePoint administration and IT troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should be able to perform the following tasks: - Assist with day-to-day SharePoint administration tasks. - Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues as they arise. - Provide proactive solutions to prevent technical problems. Communication will primarily be through email, so prompt and clear written communication is essential. The ideal candidate should have: - Intermediate level experience in SharePoint administration. - A strong understanding of IT troubleshooting. - Excellent written communication skills. - An ability to work independently and proactively. Please provide examples of your work in these areas and begin your cover letter with the word 'Information Technology'. Answer all the below questions in your cover letter.
