ASP.net 5 oAuth application with web service api to support

I need a solution to allow oAuth via ASP.net 5 web application. The project should be built using visual studio 2015 solution, and should have three projects: App 1) Authentication app - a ASP.net 5 MVC 6 web application. This should have a login screen (and any other screens needed to support the solution), that offers a user to login via Facebook/Twitter/Google/Microsoft oAuth accounts OR via the website directly (most likely require a registration page to support this). This application should have NO reference to the Entity framework 7 directly and the app must be a "clean" as possible (only exactly what it needs to function). It needs to call the web api app to support its login processes (and other processes such as registration). App 2) Web api app - This will offer a web api to support the oAuth login (and any other functionality required, such as registration) required in the Authentication app (app 1). Again, this app should NOT have a direct reference to Entity Framework, instead it can access the database via a Data Access Library (app 3 described below). As well as the web api methods for authentication, a few methods should be built as a showcase of web api methods, locked down by the [Authorize] attribute, only accessible when a user has successfully logged in (so in app 1, when logged in, redirect the user to a page, that calls these locked down web api methods and show the data returned to verify logged in and authenticating across the two apps). App 3) DAL package - An application package (new template that is like a DLL, but works with the two DNX applications mentioned above). This DAL package will utilise EF7 and manage the entities and DB connection, and will be utilised in the web api app. This DAL wrapper, should implement an interface (or multiple interfaces), so it can be passed to web api controllers in app 2 as a dependency. Database tables will need to be built to support this. A full disclosure of how the solution needs to be handed over as part of the deliverables to this project.
