Create Simple Software

I have read details. I think you want to go with a desktop application. I think it will be a hard job to create it for both.. specially for all versions. If you have such a requirement, you can create it using some web technology. but yofor that you will need to put it on a web server. What do you suggest in this regard.. ? Tx
